    Pros: Flexibility of Android
App stores have a better user experience than iTunes or App Store
HTC Sense and Widgets are beautiful and intuitive
Guerilla glass, although not a retina display, will maintain and last longer
    Onboard camera filters and editing

Cons: Sleep + Power button a little small and out of reach compared to the iPhone
Despite megapixels and onboard sensor, many pictures come out too warm and focus is hit or miss
SwiftKey or native keyboard isn't as efficient or intuitive yet for me as iOS

Summary: Great phone. Still testing but am falling for Android. The phone is the most beautifully designed on the market, feels great, is fast and has many features that are nice surprises on normal apps and for enterprise use. After using every iPhone ever made except the 4s, I don't think I'll regret the switch. The only thing I'll miss are the few apps that launch only to iOS and some of the other things I got used to after being on the same OS ecosystem (tablet, laptop, desktop and phone) for over 5 years.
