HTC Rezound (Verizon Wireless)

Pros: The audio quality is great and performance is great.

Cons: Battery life is AWFUL! Overheating. Screen freezing. OS failures.

Summary: Phone works great -while it works. Worst battery life of any phone I have ever owned. Max life on extended battery was 4 hours sitting idle. Verizon just replaced my original due to overheating --after first saying it was overclocked because the FACTORY SETTING for optimal performance was selected (I pointed out that "overclocking" might be a cute buzzword but it doesn't apply to a factory setting selected from a standard menu!) so we shall see if the trouble was with the phone, the original battery, the replacement battery, or the extended life battery I purchased when the ever-so-helpful Verizon phone seller informed me that the battery life advertised does not apply to phones that have wireless on (not in use, just on), Bluetooth on (not connected, just on), or any player like Pandora on (which it wasn't). When I agreed and told him that if I just shut it off and put it in my pocket the battery life was Awesome! and I could go weeks without recharging, the sarcasm was a bit over his head.
