"Great phone for most anything"
4.0 starson by vickiVLDPros: Snappy
Great form factor
Easy to use
Good hardware
Htc Sense is awesomeCons: Battery life, get a backup
Could use more internal memorySummary: I love the Status. I am very picky when it comes to a smart phone, having used Motorola Bravo, Pantech Crossover, Blackberry Torch, Palm Pre Plus, HP Veer, iPhone 3gs, and my HTC Inspire. The Status has put together all the things the other phones left out. I have been using the Status of a month now, no constant freezing like the Veer, a full qwerty physical keyboard unlike the iPhone,Bravo and Inspire. Faster surfing than the Torch, crossover, Veer and Bravo. Easier to hold than the Inspire. Has an sd card unlike the iPhone, palm pre plus and Veer. It has a front and back camera, that take good pictures with a flash. This phone does what you want it to do with no random restarts no lagging. Awesome phone.

I currently have a Torch and have a lot of problems with it crashing and such. To be fair, I also have had some water damage. I used the AT&T rep chat app on their website and the rep suggested this phone. I was looking at the HTC Inspire. I had an iPhone for two weeks about 2 yrs ago and did not like the full touchscreen experience. Its not bad, but not for me since I type on my phone all day. I also did not like that it did not have a menu button. I am a heavy texter, and heavy email/calendar user (5 synched accounts to my Bbry Torch). Do you think this phone is appropriate for that? I don't use Facebook anymore, and I realize that is the primary selling feature on this phone, but I wanted to know about some of the other features...mainly email and calendar features. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Clara.
