"Terrible - Locks up constantly!" on by bccondon
Pros: 1. Keyboard is awesome just like the original Tilt.
2. Easy to set up and configure e-mail applications
3. Good business phone with integration with Microsoft Exchange, Office, and CommunicatorCons: 1. Big, bulky, and heavy
2. Freezes up ALL THE TIME. Especially in SMS and phone history
3. Apps are terrible and mostly do not workSummary: I was a huge HTC fan and not only bought but actively promoted the devices to work professionals over the iPhone. The slider keyboard, while adding bulk, is a phenomenal feature. The phones are meant for solid business use and are extremely reliable.
Unfortunately, this model is terrible and the issues I am having seem to be common. It freezes constantly and needs to have the cover pulled an battery removed to resurrect it. I will sometimes have to reboot 3 times just to get mail to synch. Finally, the SMS application is terrible. I literally sit there for minutes while people text me asking me if I've gotten their text because I am unable to get the phone to respond.
My friend just bought a Droid phone with slider keyboard. It is smaller, lighter, and blazing fast. HTC better pull this phone and start over. -
"Solid phone but now outdated" on by Billypape
Pros: Does mostly everything newer phones do.
Love the conferencing feature.Cons: Outdated OS
Why would you buy it?Summary: This phone really is a workhorse but the outdated OS (6.5) means that it can't handle newer apps etc.

"great for a little while if your unlucky" on by kissesgalore
Pros: quardy keyboard is great and the speaker phone is also very clear, the home screen with the big clock is very helpful and being able to scroll qickly through your text is also very helpful
Cons: The phone is sometime very slow to respond, doesnt get great reception at times and freezes on occasion but this doesnt seem to happen with every phone as my husband has the same phone and hasnt had any probloms.
Summary: I liked this phone after i got one for my husband. It has great battery life however if you arent very careful with it you will have probloms. I have dropped mine, husband has never dropped his. I have a ton of proboms with mine husband has no probloms. I also do alot with this phone husband doesnt do much at all. Bottom line, if you plan on not using most of the features on a regular basis this phone is great. If you will use it a ton and maybe even have it in your purse or be accident prone and drop it at all you WILL have probloms. ATT gave me a new one to replace the one that was freezing and getting no signal and just 2 days into the new one it is turning itsself off for no reason. Have barely even used it and already need them to switch it again. So are you a luck person because aparently 1 out of every 3 work.

"NOT a great phone at all!" on by tawna6988
Pros: It has a lot of options and the clock is in large print. Navigator works well.
Cons: FREEZES all the time.
Summary: I have to take my battery out it least 6 times a day. I live in OH and my Mom lives in UT and she has the SAME issues, she also dislikes this phone. Would not let me out of data and I went over big time and got charged! they did give me a credit for the charge but it was a frustrating process. When it freezes it makes a click click click noise and sometimes it will come out of it after about 5-10 minutes but most of the time you have to remove the battery. The only way to unfreeze it was to have ATT reset the phone os I lost everything I had put on it in 2 months. Don't get this phone!

"It freezes too damn much, other than that it's amazing." on by Sam_09
Pros: Many features on the phone. Amazing keyboard. Nice size screen.
Cons: FREEZES! Have to soft reset like 5 times a day -_-
Summary: The phone freezes too much, I'm on the 3rd one this year.
Everything I have is on my SD card so it shouldn't freeze. Other than that the phone is great, even though it doesn't have a lot of apps like Android OP, it beats the features by far. Although the phone doesn't come with IM service which would of been useful to me.
