"Outstanding Phone" on by robert1275
Pros: Excellent processor and memory
Cons: Flimsy carrying case
Summary: Well worth the money. Rumours are flying around that there will be a windows 6.1 update to the phone but who knows for sure. The CNET review said that Tomtom Navigator only gives you one city map download and that is true BUT on the same screen where you download the city map you get a promotion code for a discount on a map purchase

"Poor hardware durability." on by da_world
Pros: Feature rich, has all bells & whistles, ability to get many apps.
Cons: Hardware (Body of phone) is very poorly manufactured and does not long last.
Summary: Piece of equipment is expensive and you expect it to run longer.
See it on http://www.yahoo.com <a href="http://www.yahoo.com"> Place to have Fun</a>
Since 2 months it does not catch GSM signals properly and phone will be disconnected (saying sim card missing) any time.

"Not a bad product but it could have a better price tag!" on by FJHerrera
Pros: I think it has a nice look and feel to it and the hands free it has with a suction cup to go on the wind shield is very handy.
Cons: It crashes frequently and you have to take out the battery in order to reset. I also had problems with the sink process since it would erase much of my info on the phone.
Summary: Despite the problems I am willing to keep this phone and continue to explore the HTC models, in the future.

"Great smartphone with almost everything including the kitchen sink." on by scaphil
Pros: GPS, Stereo Bluetooth, 3G and WiFi in the same package.
Cons: Short battery life with both 3G and bluetooth on. Proprietary headset jack
Summary: This is a smartphone that has almost everything, GPS, Stereo Bluetooth, 3G and WiFi. Using GPS is great when travelling, as you do not have to bring a separate GPS device. Stereo bluetooth is great to listening to music when at the gym. 3G for fast Internet access and E-mail. WiFi will be great for using Skype (more consistant with speeds than 3G. Has Windows Mobile 6 Pro. Last time I used a Windows Mobile product was 2002. It was not a pleasant experience that has improved greatly with WM 6 - Pocket PC software has finally grown up.
The main problems I have is the short battey life with both 3G and Bluetooth on. After 6 hours, it is already down 15% in battery life. Also, it has a proprietary headset jack that is also used as the sync port and charging port. You have to buy a separate add-on to separate the three functions.
The software that HTC added is great (the HTC Today screen), but the Voice Commander shotware that came with the device had trouble understanding commands. I uninstalled it and installed Microsoft Voice Command that works great.
This device is a lot better than the Treo650 I had used for over three years.
