HTC Touch Diamond

Pros: Internet, full keyboard, touchscreen.. not a whole lot to say good about this phone many things broke

Cons: slow, it always breaks, one app at a time, no room for SD card, screen issues, freezes

Summary: this phone is a is a PILE!!! if you can stay away from this phone.. when i first bought the phone, 3 months in the vibrate completely broke and i was having problems with the screen... took it back to the store and they couldnt fix this problem, so i had it replaced.. UNFORTUNATELY this phone is dumb enough not to have a SD card slot.. so i lost ALL my pictures and saved documents. soo when i had the screen problems AGAIN on my replacement phone, i didnt bother to get it fixed.. 5 months into my NEW phone, the charger broke and even though its under warrenty, the store sent me walking straight out when i expected them to replace it. i had to find a new charger which 6 months later would stop working and id have to replace AGAIN!!!! I hate this Phone more than life itself!! id never wish this nightmare on anyone! i purchased this phone inb jan of 2010 and my upgrade is in nov of 2011! ughhh this phone is haunting me.. i just dropped it from waist height and the screen officially broke completely!! and its 4 months til my upgrade..to the guy who sold me this phone.... why would you do this to me?? i cant even afford the payment for a replacement phone!!!! STAY AWAYY FROM THE HTC TOUCH DIAMOND!!!!!!!!!!!
