"CNET - please get your facts right"
Pros: Slim form factor, improved on screen keyboard, excellent battery life (5hrs talk time), integrated TouchFLO 2
Cons: No hard keyboard, no WiFi
Summary: CNET, you've gotta get your facts straight. This device has 128mb RAM, not 64, there is an improved keyboard, and improved touchFLO features. Please do not rely on this editor's review when looking at this phone. Visit another site.

I could not agree with you more. Bonnie Cha is the worst editor they have. I don't have this phone but I also complained to CNET about her other reviews. Go to customer service and complain directly to CNET. They need to know how their customers feel.

Look at their review on the Centro. They said the speakerphone was weak when all the other reviews say that it's the loudest one yet on a Palm. That review had a lack of basic understanding.
This one does too. Lack of wifi is no big deal on either device, yet it's a big problem with her. I'm not sure why. She says the internet speeds are great. Whatever..
IMO, the Touch isn't for me. Too small. Don't care for all the swiping and the text input.
CNET though is just plain unreliable. They definitely need to ditch this chick and get someone that knows what they're doing.. -
Good catch, because as I was reading through this I was starting to get the feeling that Sprint had made even more changes to the phone.
Cnet's going to have to re-review this phone all over again.
