"Almost all I want from a smart phone."
Pros: Design, ergonomics, great QWERTY keyboard, WiFi, real Quad Band world phone, Office docs editing, push e-mail
Cons: Lacks 3G, Active Sync is a nightmare, battery life
Summary: I've red in another post that it's a heavy/bulky phone; but indeed it's the most compact design I've seen in a smartphone. What would you expect in a device which partially replaces a phone, PDA and notebook ? It has the power of a notebook from 6 or 7 years ago, in your hands. It's all I need when I'm travelling or at the streets. I've added a Transcend 2GB Micro Sd card, and it replaces a USB flash drive too. Convergence is getting better each day.
The worst: Active Sync 4.5 works with some PC's, some not. There's nothing you can do, troubleshooting is useless and Microsoft Mobile site support is poor.
