"Too many apps wont run on the Wildfire" on by jerryduk

Pros: Small, neat, easy to use.

Cons: Many apps don't work or don't work properly.
    Camera very slow.
    Can't be rooted (I think).

Summary: I bought a wildfire thinking it would get me away from the annoyances of my old Iphone 3g which wouldn't run the later OSs at sensible speeds and was therefore incapable of running many of the new apps. Sadly I have had similar problems with the Wildfire. I had foolishly imagined that all Android phones running recent versions of android would run all apps. That's not the case!!!!! I keep finding that apps I would like to run on the Wildfire just aren't supported. So the bad points: Doesn't run flash so no BBC iplayer type applications. The latest version of Google maps supports OffLine caching but not on the Wildfire.

In conclusion: If you want a Desire buy a Desire the Wildfire doesn't cut it but you wont know that until you buy one.
