"The phone does what it was designed to do!!!"

Light
Bright Screen
Excellent LTE Coverage "Verizon"
Windows 8 Phone OSCons This is just a personal prefernce, but I wish the screen was 4.5-4.8 rather than the 4.3. It is STILL a fine screen, I just like to have large text for myself.
Summary Overall I am very pleased with the 8X, sure it is missing a "couple" bells and whistles from the Lumia 920, though nothing that should cause anyone having to go with AT&T for juust to have a superior Windows Phone 8 device. The HTC 8X is just as good as the Lumia 920 yet a ton lighter, though built solidly....
I owned the Lumia 920 for 4 days so I have direct comparison and ended up having to return it as AT&T service is STILL just not as good in my area "Minneapolis" for effective use... Verizon on the other hand has been excellent and I'm new to them as well as I'm coming from T-Mobile. -
"Still bleeding edge."
on by vimishPros Beautiful screen (better than iPhone 5)
Live tiles are nicer the IOS 6
Very flat, lightweight.
Ability to open XLSx, PPTx, and DOCx files.
Decent battery life.
Better interface than IOS 6
Faster than iPhone 4S
Micro USBCons Extremely sharp corners.
Terrible, non-tactile, mushy buttons.
Lack of Do Not Disturb mode.
Failed conversions from Outlook to live.com
Micro USB connector faces backward from Android phones, so you'll need a different cradle.Summary I took a chance on this phone. Ugh! So unreliable. Feels like a Windows 3.1 experience all over again. If Apple hadn't disappointed so much with the iPhone 5, I would have NEVER bought this phone. HTC 8X is horribly unreliable (on my third one in just 6 months).HTC 8x perfectly represents HTC's recent corporate losses (aka cost cutting).
The Windows phone 8 platform is still bleeding edge, missing functionality, apps, lockout's prevent many custom tiles from being 'live' .
A bug allows apps/OS to magically/slowly consume all storage, requiring a reset to regain the unused gigabytes. The OS cleanup routine is worthless.
Horrible integration with Ford My Touch.
No Bluetooth 'lite' capability
Did anyone at HTC actual try talking on rear facing speakerphone while holding the phone (more evidence of HTC budget cuts) -

"Beautiful Phone, Best Windows 8 Phone Available"
on by misfit0313Pros Camera, battery life
Cons Windows 8 learning curve
Summary First to start off this is a beautiful phone, the California Blue finish is amazing. The phone fits perfectly in my hand and it feels like a piece a jewelry, almost a fashion accessory. I am a die hard android fan, but Windows 8 is a nice change in pace. The cameras take great pictures, better than any camera in any other mobile device. The display adds to the beauty of the device, being crystal clear and images sharp.
