"2 stars out of the box... however!"
on by sirlordwhitmanPros -Big Enough Screen
-User friendly Interface
-Good for what it was intended to be
-Can be ModdedCons -Bloatware
-With the MUVE package from certain carriers, the SIM card is integratedwith the MicroSD card - which is ridiculous.
-SlowSummary 2 stars out of the box. The most miserable thing about this phone is that it comes with only a gig's worth of pictures and music space. However if you are just a little phone tech savvy and ambitious, you can install Cyanogenmod and overclock the processor to about 800 mhz. You can also upgrade to a bigger micro SD card, partition 1 gig of space to be used by your phone's memory so that you have even more internal memory storage to install applications. The downside of this, is that the SIM card may be integrated with the stock MICROsd. So if you upgrade to a bigger card, there goes the SIM and you might lose certain things like sending and receiving MMS messages.

"This phones is slow, performs badly, and is too small."
on by jdbateyPros The only good experience I had with this phone was the Navigation system. The GPS worked very well until the smal battery life reared it's ugly head. Same thing with the mobile hotspot. It was really helpful while the battery lasted.
Cons The battery life is awful. The camera is awful. When texting, the keyboard is very slow to respond. It randomly decided to turn off at very inconvenient times. Apps tend to crash a lot. Speaker quality is not good. The entire system is just slow.
Summary I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I had a HTC Desire that I dropped with no insurance, so I bought the cheapest phone at the store, which was a Huawei Ascend II, and it's been awful since the day I got it from the store. Everything about it is just slow, and laggy. The only thing that was usable was the GPS, so if you wanna pay monthly for a GPS, then you should buy this phone! But if you want a desirable smart phone, I suggest going with Samsung or HTC. Both of these smartphone companies make very good, reliable phones.

"it is "ok" but it's definately not a "smart" phone"
on by TanayaCPros Good sound, good viewing quality
Cons Screen is too small for texting I hit wrong buttons ALL the time, was never a problem with last phone. I have downloaded a couple games but about a minute into playing the games they foreclose I have attempted it several times with different games.
Summary So I can't text very well, I can't play games and certain things take forever to download (like songs)....So I can talk to someone on the phone and that's about it, I can text but I have to delete what I typed so often it's not even worth the effort. This would be an ok phone for a first time smartphone user but I think ultimately this phone would turn off new smartphone users so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I am trading mine in Friday when I get paid again (Thank god US Cellular gives you 30 days to change phones!)
