If you're having a hard time with the keypad you can download something at the Android Market to look for a bigger keys for you to use. Battery life sucks I know, so might as well be ready with a spare battery with you all the time. And to extend your battery life only download the applications you only need, remove the other applications that just eats up your memory card. Only one thing I can say about this product is the speaker phone works perfectly clear & louder than my Samsung Admire. ;)
