"The reason why I switched from Sprint" on by Glennie34
Pros: Moves fast when switching from screens, 3G is fast for browsing,
very slim and light, force closes are rare, 2 cameras , music sounds great on it. The batter life is also great. The 2 GB of internal memory is a major plus.Cons: 8 megapixel camera is not as good as my 5 mega pixel of my epic, fingerprint magnet, no sd card included or headphones.
Summary: I wanted to go prepaid for awhile since i been paying 86 a month with sprint but my actually phone usage is really low. i waited for a phone that I didn't feel I was downgrading from my samsung epic and when Cricket had the Mercury I switched that day. So far I am happy with my decision. The phone is very fast, light, and has all the features I thought I would miss by going prepaid. I was able to play my games on it great. I was surprised madden 12, asphalt(full version included free on phone) played just as good as my previous phone. I really love the battery life. I can charge my phone once a day with a lot of usage. my old phone rarely made it 5 hours. i put it beside my coworkers Iphone and the screen is bigger I wish it was a little wider but I'm happy with the screen. I'm happy I bought this phone.

"Prime example of why I no longer work for Cricket!" on by Jessclari
Pros: Great Phone for the price
Cons: None that I have seen as of yet.
Summary: The previous posters seem to speak in broken English which leads me to believe they are A: Disgruntled call center employees. B: They do not understand the handset and want someone to teach them.... stupid people shouldn't buy SMART phones!

"Poor call quality on recipients end?" on by jefffanala
Pros: MOSTLY EVERYTHING about a smartphone done well. Cricket's 3G will be Cricket's 3G, HOWEVER every feature set of this smartphones abilities shines like your top-end smartphone today, but in Cricket's budget-friendly world.
Cons: Poor audio quality on recipients end when using the handset's mic. When speakerphone is in use, recipients state voice is very clear. Not sure if this is an isolated issue to this phone that we purchased or widespread, but will find out soon enough.
Summary: Great feature-set smartphone for the budget friendly provider. Just wished to know if this issue with poor call quality on recipients end was isolated to this phone or widespread.
Do your callers you speak with complain about poor audio quality in not being able to understand you when your talking? My wife's phone seems to have this issue & I was not sure if this may be an issue with the phone itself or widespread as a known issue.
