"Great capabilities. BUT DON'T GET A PHONE FROM I-MATE!" on by dannyeller
Pros: Window Mobile
Cons: I-Mate Service just doesn't cut it, period!
Summary: I purchased a similar unlocked phone from I-Mate. I've had several problems with it. The tech support is polite but "very" shallow. Hardware problems are going to happen, period! Their only support center on the east coast is so frustrated in their dealings with I-Mate that they said they are quitting them. With repair cost I have over $1000.00 in this PDA-phone and it is only 14 months old! My complaints to I-Mate keep getting forwarded to the "Concerned Department". I have never received an answer to my inquiries as to who the "Concerned Department" is. I would like to contact them since they have not responded to over a dozen inquiries I've made over the past two months.

"Great Phone, Just A Little On The Bulky Side" on by pharmtechrsb
Pros: great feature set, the touch screen, spacious QWERTY keypad, good memory, great texting capabilities
Cons: a little bulky, speakerphone is a little too quiet
Summary: This is a great phone for anyone looking for a smartphone to use maily for texting. It can run touchscreen windows mobile apps, which is a plus for me. The keyboard is very spacious and i have no problems typing on it. Call quality is good and people have nop problem hearing me. Bluetooth is nice and i would highly recomend using a headset. Batery life is about average as far as smartphones are concerned which is ok. All in all, i think this is a great phone and i'm glad i bought one.
