The Bottom Line	While the I-mate Jaq3 offers a number of improvements over its predecessor, this Windows Mobile smart phone falls way short of the competition with poor performance.	Plagued by a bulky design and poor call quality, the I-mate Jaq can't stand up to the competition of other Windows Mobile smart phones.	The RIM BlackBerry Storm may blow in a frenzy for Verizon Wireless subscribers wanting a touch screen similar to the Apple iPhone. However, there are bugs and performance issues that prevent the Storm from delivering its full potential.
