"Dont be fooled by the looks of this"
Pros: couple, see below
Cons: many, see below
Summary: See what is really going on inside this sidekick by reading below...
So as a tmobile customer, i have always thought the sidekicks were amazingly cool. I wouldve gotten one, but i thought the regular ones were extremely ugly......that was until they came out with this Juicy Couture pink sidekick2. The moment i saw this of course i fell in love and paid the full $450 to get the phone. TERRIBLE MISTAKE.
There are many things that are wrong with the phone. But ill start out with the good.
PROS
*The outerface looks are adorable and catches everyones attention.
*The sound of the ringtones are great
*The screen in very big
*The keyboard is very easy to access
*Feels special because people not using a sidekick have no clue how to work it.
*Internet and email is nice
*AIM is great, its real, not cheap like the ones on regular phones
*Speakerphone is decent, not too bad
*Great service-always has full bars
CONS
*Too big, makes you nervous if you dropped
*Echos when talkin on the phone
*The color resolution is not very good
*Camera is terrible
*The screen is easily scratches because it is not covered
*Very limited in customization
*No video
*Only holds 35 pictures
*Looks like a gameboy
*Slow internet
*Battery life is short
*No alarm clock, calculator or any other important accesories most phones have (you must download and pay to get them)
*Without the $20 internet with tmobile, the phone is worthless (cant download any games or items or ringtones)you can only make calls, text and take pictures.
*Main menu can somtimes be slow when scrolling
*Be damaged easily, ie: walking in the rain, going into a steamy room, in the bathroom while showering.
*Letters and numbers on the keybad start to wear off.
*Phone begins to overheat very fast
*Not well built, by just holding the phone, you would understand what i meant
*Buttons on the top and bottom sides of the phone get dirty easily
*Only holds 100 text messages then deletes them.
*Not a variety of downloadable tones
*Cannot change the wallpaper
*Buttons begin to peal off
*Address book and phone book are confusing
*Phone freezes a lot
*Theres many more
When first getting this phone, i loved it, i loved the attention and just looking at it made me happy. After months of having, it becomes very annoying, you find it very bulky and hard to carry around, especially if your a guy, and it beings to malfunction like crazy.
Overall my recomendation to you is that if you want the phone for attention, get it because everyone will be looking at it forsure, but if you want it for quality purposes, i would say stay away because it really is a bad phone besides the looks of it. But not only is the phone bad, Tmobile itself is terrible and because of their bad customer care, i am canceling my contract with them and switching to verizon which i am hoping will serve me better.
Anyways for those getting this phone, good luck and for those choosing not to, great choice.

... I hope you realize this is Sharp/hiptop's fault, and not Juicy Couture's.
