  • "Over 2 mos to get NEW phone back from being repaired!"
    0.5 stars
    on by JMK500

    Pros: Price.
    It runs Ice Cream Sandwich

Cons: Poor quality, warranty and service, can't read barcodes due to the camera, can't set # of rings, layout of phone screen, TOO sensitive proximity sensor - interrupts your call OFTEN, on/off button tends to break. Won't Sync with Skydrive/Dropbox.

Summary: Had problems out of the box and had to send it to NY for repairs. It took OVER 2 MONTHS to get back. This after calling Kyocera and they said they "expedited the repair". Poor, poor, poor, customer service! Asked to speak with supervisor and they wouldn't let me. Figure if it doesn't work, your out the money you spent on a phone. The above problems with on/off and proximity sensor appear to be quite common on this phone from reading other reviews.
