Cons: **Everything**
Summary: This phone restarts randomly. It has no "off" setting. It's always "updating contacts" or "updating messages" . The signal disappears in random areas and it is the slowest phone I have ever owned.The quick-type is incredibly slow. Having to hit send twice to go to my recent calls list is redundant. It's difficult to send one text message to multiple people. Can not handle incoming photo's. I HATE THIS PHONE.
