I have been a Credo customer for 2 years
In that time I have gone through 2 HTC Heroes and 3 Samsung GalaxyII phones
I have spent countless hours with their techs trying to resolve issues with the phones and having to reset everything after doing factory resets. None of this wasted time corrected the problems I was experiencing!!!!!
It was obvious that warranty replacement phones were recycled problem phones that still had problems.
Their techs repeatedly told me that the Hero was a problem phone. Credo never attempted to notify me or replace them with a new phone. When the 2nd Hero did the exact same thing as the first, they told me that I was then out of warranty and it was my problem, not theirs.
My last Galaxy was bad out of the box doing exactly what the 1st one did and after spending hours again with their techs, I decided to change services unless they would upgrade me to a phone that worked.
Credo corporate never contacted me!!!!!!!!!!!!
Credo will not pay for the return postage because "they tried to help me". How bad is that????
