Pros I love the touch screen. Using the net service hasn't been an issue as it runs smoothly. There are so many apps you can really sink you're teeth in to that makes this product even more useful than as a phone. The slide out key board is fantastic.

Cons I have two issues: my phone won't charge unless plugged into the wall and turned off. The other issue is the battery gets very hot when you try to charge with it on.

Summary I purchased this phone yesturday and the first time I charged it to full battery without any problems. The battery was low this morning so I tried to charge it using my laptop as I did the day before but it would not charge. I plugged it into the wall but it did not charge. I took the phone back and they decided it was the data cord. New cord and still looks like it is charging but it is not. Also when the phone is on while trying to charge the battery gets very very hot. Between the short lived battery, the phone not charging and how hot the phone gets I don't feel it is a good fit for me which is a real shame since I love the phone itself. I see no use in a phone that needs to be plugged in constantly just to use it. I will be returning this phone as soon as I can get back to the store.

Summary Loved the OS, just not the phone. Have to delete everything just to keep the phone from freezing. Very poor amount of memory. Horrible battery life. Cheap battery cover. Takes too much deleting texts and call info and charging 2-3 times a day.

Cons My screen blacked out. Only had it 48 hrs.

Summary I bought two phones two days ago. Love the phone. Just figuring everything out when my screen just faded out to black. Can hear all sounds but can't see anything. Didn't drop it or get it wet. Really upset. My girls phone is working fine tho. Today is 4th of july. Bringin it in tomorrow. Please let me know if anyone had this problem.
