Pros Good key board. easy to text. Battery last 2 days (I text constanty) I loved the editing feature on the pictures.
Cons It messes up when you are on the internet and get a text message. the screen goes black and the phone literally freaks out. not very durable.
Summary This is my first touch screen phone, so I dont really have experience with them. However, I have had it 8 days, and its already broke. It wont let me turn it on. It could be more durable, in my opinion. And I will probably never buy another LG phone again. I rated it a 3.5, mainly because it was a decent phone until day 8. All I can say is, you are going to have problems with this phone if you drop it at all, on any surface. I hope this helps.
Pros Good keypad: Very roomy and the keys aren't loud.
Touch screen: Nice, responds instantly. Very big and spacious.
Camera: Good picture for the camera, has zoom which is wonderful.
Sound, good on it, Color, vibrant, overall great phone :) loved it
Cons Its a little fat, not much but a little.
It seems heavier than the LG Banter and the Samsung Freeform.
Summary My friend got this phone and he loves it. I think its good for both boys and girls. Good texting, camera, touch screen, sound, weight, size, colors, and i love all the tools. I thought the sliding was amazing, because it goes nice and smoothly and then all of a sudden it POPS. Lol. OVERALL GREAT PHONE. GET IT IF YOUR A TEENAGER AND IF YOU LIKE TEXTING AND A TOUCH SCREEN!

Summary It is VERY laggy, the camera is completely useless, it buttdials constantly, and did I mention LAGGY! I never got used to this phone, and I never felt attached to it like I did with my previous phones.more CONS
-pretty durable, it has survived thousands of falls onto hard surfaces
-keys are spaced nicely
-navigation through the menus is pretty good, although its so laggy you can't get much done
-you can choose 6 people to have on your home screen for a shortcut (you touch their icon and you can text or call)
-doesn't always let you know that you've received a text message
-Just laggy in general, opening a text, scrolling, locking/unlocking the phone, everything just lags
-when sending a text longer than 160 letters, it wont just go to a second page automatically. You have to send the first one, then go back and start a new message for the rest of it
-battery stays at 3 (highest) forever and then goes to 2, and will die quickly (if I go to bed with 2 battery, it will be dead in the morning, even after no activity
Updated on Feb 10, 2013
-the viewfinder for the camera is ridiculous, it lags for seconds at a time
-It takes forever to take a picture after you press the button (forget trying to take a picture unless your target can stay still for 10+ seconds!)
-Very easy to accidently call someone while just holding the phone or having it in a bag/pocket
-if you master set it to "silence all" it still vibrates when you get a call
Pros Full keyboard, touch screen, fairly easy to navigate, good battery life.
Cons Screens freeze, apps lock up,randomly changes ringtones, shuts on and off by itself.
Summary Thought I was gettng a good phone. In the beginning it was. Then things started going wrong, and it just kept getting worse. Not on my phone, but my husband had the same phone at the same time with the same issues. LG does not stand behind their products for repair.
Pros awsome battery life. i really enjoyed the way the keyboard was set up
Cons like a lot of the other reviews the screen on mine broke in less then a week
Summary why did i renew my contract for this
