Cons Just after 1 year (post-warranty) the phone started shutting off on its own. Then one day just after two years old it gave me a fatal error. Neither AT&T nor LG would do anything at all for me. Cons This phone on me broke on me in two days. I had it on vibrate most of the time, and after a while the slot to stick the charger even eventually was knocked loose and eventually would only charge sometimes. Cons First one returned on warranty for software malfunction. Both my phones the battery would sometimes discharge quickly (creating a lot of heat), sometimes hold for days, other times hours.
