Pros Text messaging - the flip up keyboard is great
Cons Voice clarity often poor to undecipherable. Internet cumbersome and not worth it. Too easy to pocket dial (even with key pad lock)
Summary My wife and I have this same phone (different colors), and we struggle to understand what we're saying to each other (the speaker phone is better). It's clear but often undisipherable. Other callers complain too. The internet is difficult to navigate, and takes too long to get what you want. So you don't use it, but you pay the mandatory charge (it's Verizon). Pocket dialing is bad - make sure the first number in your phone book is someone you know and like (because the phone will call them).
Pros im sorry but nothing
Cons it has so many problems!!!
i have it and it always shuts off randomly .
it freezes all the time.
its slow .
and alot more . im getting a new phone tomorrow .
Pros Great messaging phone, qwerty keypad is big enuf for a fat old mans fingers. VZNavigators is pretty handy to have, I only subscribe when I need it...
Cons Phone powers off on its own. I've replaced the phone and it still does it...........maybe the battery.
Would like to see a better keygaurd lock combination..........phone pocket dials all the time......
Summary Phone powers off on its own. I've had it happen when I carried it in my pocket or in belt clip holster. It will also power of when I close the phone after texting someone. Seems like I have to be really gentle closing it, if I just snap it closed it will power off. I've replaced the phone once already.... going to try again.......it may be something in the battery instead of the phone. Keyguard lock" OK OK" isn't really very good ....need two different keys. Phone pocket dials several time a day..........

Summary This phone was a major disaster for me (and apparently many others)
I got it in 2009 (the first unit) and it broke with in a MONTH. Who's phone lost it's front screen (screen white, and no keypad functionality, ME!) the second phone was mailed to us with a broken flip mechanism. It flopped open and closed. When I tried to turn it off the right hinge literally almost popped out of the case.
The third phone, had the phone continually restart. Verizon told me to clear my messages, first of all, how does a messaging problem have to do with a phone that is not booting. and second of all, how could I erase them if my phone was continuously restarting and not coming on?
The fourth phone was ok, but it had still had restarting problems. I had read online it is because of the battery contacts not making a good enough connection, so I did what they said and it seemed to work. This phones quirk was, I'LL DO WHAT YOU WAN'T ME TO DO, BUT I WONT SHOW IT ON THE SCREEN. For example, I'd go into contacts. I'd click and dial on someones name, it would still be on the contacts list by the screen, but I'd be talking to whoever I wanted to call. Oh, and this phone's screen literally flipped upside-down when I owned it. The first 1 and the 4th were both new from Verizon. The rest were refurbished, and didn't function. I regret buying this phone!!
Pros QWERTY keyboard, okay camera with editing options such as stickers, 'face beautify,' etc. Nice screen size on the inside. The themes give the phone more character. Pretty comfortable to type on & generally use after about an hour. The inside screen ra
Cons Call quality is rubbish. The outside screen is very small & susceptible to scratches & the front keys are awkward. The keyboard's keys are a little too close together. The camera quality could be better. The phone randomly turns off, fades to an o
Summary Overall good phone, although it could be better. The glitches are annoying.
