"You can't beat the bang for the buck"
on by ZanynetPros Bluetooth, customizable, nice camera, good price
Cons Need data cable & software for use w/computer
Summary My review of this phone after spending a couple of days with it... I really like it a lot. For reference, I switched from a SE T608 and I've only owned Sanyo phones before, so this is my first LG. The phone seems well made and durable. I like the smooth outside and how the OLED is hidden. It seems there's a nice clear plastic plate over the main screen and earpiece of the phone for protection.
I think the Main screen and OLED are great. Very clear and good size. I like the outer indicator light on the phone too. The menu's and software are a huge step up from what I was used to. It is quick and responsive, and it's easy to find and edit contacts and other stuff. The phone itself sounds very clear and I've had great reception in the NE New Jersey area.
The bluetooth seems pretty good. I'm able to use it with my handsfree link in my Acura TSX with no problem. It "pops" a bit as the phone links to the car, but then the sound is very clear. I haven't tried the BT as a modem, but it pairs easy to my iMac and by IBM laptop at work. I don't think BT file transfers are allowed except for vCards. I did transfer all of my contacts from outlook yo my phone via BT from my IBM without a hitch.
I like gadgets, so I'm really impressed by the m4a ringer capability of this phone. I have used the FOCUS tool to upload 30 second homemade ringers and they all sound great. I've also hand no problem with homemade 128x160 pixel screen savers, but haven't been able to transfer raw midi files. QCP works too, but you need special software to make ringers of that type.
The camera seems pretty good, but you do have to hold it steady. The camcorder isn't that great, but I don't use it that much. I'm not sure how to transfer pictures to a computer b/c I don't think you can do it by BT. The only thing I'm bummed about is I'd like to get a data cable and use bitpim if possible. I'm not sure that bitpim works with the LX350, but from a little research, this phone seems to be a similar platform to the 325. I may try and get a cable for the 325 and see if that works. There's no LX350 specific cable yet, but I'm going to call LG tech @ 1-800-793-8896 to ask.
In conclusion, I'd recommed this phone to anyone. As LG says, this is a mid-range phone with high-end features. You can't beat the bang for the buck, even if it's not as sexy as some of the thinner phones on the market. A+ for the LG350! -

"cheap phone"
on by ortriguyPros speakerphone. I didn't try all the features due to short trial period
Cons Can't go to edit mode while talking. Some features worked intermittently.
Summary I don't know if I got a lemon, but this phone sucked. I can't edit phone numbers while talking to someone. How many times do you enter phone numbers while talking to someone on speaker phone? Sometimes, the external clock display wouldn't update unless you flipped the phone open. My mother has a 6-month old LG phone and it works fine. Sometimes my phone didn't ring. I thought I was in a dead zone, so I performed a test. My mother called me when we were in the same room and my phone didn't ring. However, I called he and her phone rang. I'm glad Sprint has a 30 day trial offer on new phones. I now have a Samsung A920.

"good midrange phone for price"
on by mpoliskyPros bluetooth, easy functionality
Cons speaker phone button does not connect calls, flash for camera is useless quality of pictures is less than other 1.3 megapixel camera phones
Summary Easy to use, long battery talk time, some fun options to show pictures, SMS Voice messaging, text-voice messaging. An internal intenna would be more desirable and option to send contact information (v-card) with group details would be nice. This phone works faster than the lg 225, though still can get bogged down if you are fast with the keypad. A stopwatch, timer is a nice feature too that this phone does not have. Overall, this phone has all the nice features but would like to see some improvements.

on by rodee1Pros sturdy construction, connects really fast ,sends text fast, great preloaded ring tones
Cons sometimes muddy voice quality just like kent said !! lol
Summary I like the phone very much ,very loud speaker..and loud ear piece loudest i have heard on a cell phone , i had cingular before i switched to sprint and i dont know what cingular does to the ear piece on their phones but i think they cost costs and put a crappy speaker on their phones!, not with sprint!! they at least make their phones to where you can hear ppl ..over all great phone in a not so perfect cell world...i had many phones with cingular and for some reason you have to leave the volume all the way up ..not with sprint !! everybody usually stays on low and they are even loud then ! so if you want a phone to where you can hear really good on then this is the phone for you ..will blow your ear off!! lol ..internet connects faster then cingulars edge ..pictures are good ..and with sprint you can send a text to landline!!! but buy this phone i think you will like it ,no phone is perfect but at least this phone can do what phones were made to do and that is communicate..
