Protective cover fits like a glove.
Cons Random shut down when closing the slide. When you pick it up in an hour or tomorrow you will find it has shut down when you closed the slide.
Summary After using it for one year we feel this phone is unsafe because of its' random shutdown feature when closing the slide.
"Not bad, not great"on by ANikitin
Pros The screen is attractive, the phone's lines are nice, and the sound is rather decent.
Cons The battery life sucks, there's just no way around it. Some of the interface is a bit clumsy, and the reception from Sprint is very hit and miss. I had reception trouble on I-495 near DC!
Pros Have the phone about 6 months. Not a bad phone. But could use a larger display.
Cons Battery does not hold a charge. Called LG and was told to send the battery in. Did so and called a week later to inquire. They received it and am sending a new one out tomorrow. Called after 5 days and battery is out for delivery .READ BELOW PLEASE.
Summary Received the battery, which is the one I sent in with a letter stating the battery was exposed to moisture. I called and got nowhere and asked to speak to a supervisor. After a long wait she got on the line and said no I cannot get a battery. I told her I was told on two occasions that a new battery was on the way. She said she would review the recorded conversation and reprimand and retrain the employees. If I wanted a new battery I would have to buy it from them as the phone may have been in the shower and got wet and ruined the battery. I said I do not take the phone to the shower and the phone never has been in water. Phone works great, it's the battery that does not hold the charge. I said I do not need a new phone just a battery. It would be nice for good customer relations especially since I did not expose the battery to moisture. Again I was told I could buy it from LG. At this point I told her I would not buy any thing from LG. They lost my business but also my family and friends business as well as any one else I can speak of these great customer relations LG has. Last month we purchased a washer & dryer. The choice was LG or Samsung. I am very happy that I chose Samsung. If I am having this trouble with a battery I cannot imagine the problems I may have experienced with a warranty issue with the high priced LG washer & dryer. All I can say is DO NOT BUY ANY LG products. There customer service sucks. I just hope I can be of help to someone who is considering an LG product. DON'T.
Pros looks good and not much else oh small, there that is to good part
Cons slide cuts off call if bumped, keyboard small, ear speaker lame too small if you are not precisely on it forget hear anything, bad phone !! clumsy speaker phone button. one of the worst phone i have had, menu's awkward, short battery life

Pros Makes phone calls.
Contact list is OK
Cons Everything else.
Summary Symbols too small to read.
Speakerphone button - hard to locate, difficult to use, slow to react
Headphone output - needs special ear buds - small size connector (so you can buy their product, again)
Texting - even incidental texting - is a veritable nightmare of complexity
I will never, ever buy LG product again for the rest of my life.
