Pros Red color
Cons Drops calls daily
Sometimes texts people send don't come through
Texts I send don't go through
Sluggish to respond to 'commands'
Slide out qwerty keyboard is FLIMSY
Battery life is awful
Summary I strongly dislike this phone. I loved it for the first two months I had it, it has slowly gone downhill since then. I don't recommend this junk of a phone to anyone!
Pros Easy to figure out, and the keyboard made it easier to text. It's also faster then the LG Neon I.
Cons THE SCREEN BREAKS EASILY. Ask anyone who's owned any Neon I or II, the screens break REALLY EASY. The camera dosn't have the best quality. Freezes sometimes.
Summary I do not reccomend this phone. At first, it's an ok phone if all you're using it for is phone calls and maybe a text or two, but everything else is horrible!
Pros I love the slide out keyboard. Not only is it easy to type quick error free messages, as compared to other touch screen keyboards, but it also gives you access to dial numbers via the number pad and navigate the menus easily. The ringer and speaker phone
Cons No touch screen for anything other than dialing numbers? Seriously??? I mean, it obviously has touch screen capability... why leave that out? If I had seen this article before I made my purchase, I might have reconsidered. I have learned to live without i
Summary My old LG VU died, which I enjoyed greatly. Unfortunately, the LG VU Plus has moved the speaker to the bottom of the phone, which causes the ringer and speakerphone to be muffled when placed down on anything, otherwise I would have purchased that phone (my wife has the new VU Plus).
After a few months with this new phone, I have grown to like it. I use it mainly for texting and business calls over the speakerphone. This phone certainly meets my needs.
Pros Decent battery life, excellent coverage in rural areas, simple texting interface, like the chirp and beep noises , vibrant colors, my headphones and AUX cord can plug into it, has excellent speakers and can get loud, plays mp3 & mp4,
Cons Screen is not fully touch and toggle button can get ornery at times
Summary Phone definitely feels more solid than my retired Samsung Propel. It feels durable in my hand. Coverage is really good for me being that I live in a rural area. Very cheerful phone with bright colors and cheerful noises. The browser is a definite step up from the Samsung Propel and makes things a little easier to find quick info. The touch dialing pad is 100% accurate and fast. I only wish I could select apps my touching the screen too instead of using the toggle. Other than that, this is a solid all around phone that will most likely do things better than your older phone.
