"Flagship phone that accomplishes what it sets out to"
4.5 starson by EddieDecPros: Speed and Performance
Latest Hardware
Unlocked (Huge money saver)
Exceptional Camera
Latest OSCons: No removable Storage (inexcusable)
No LTE (worth it)Summary: Great phone with the latest hardware and software. Best thing is it is affordable without a two-year contract. This allows you to use a service comparable to the big four, but at a monthly cost that is significantly lower. I am going to enjoy using this phone on a carrier like simple mobile with unlimited everything for $50 a month rather then a $100+ monthly cost with AT&T that is limited.
Unless you are torrent downloading on your phone, the speed difference should not matter to your. For me it's worth the extra second it takes to load a webpage. People don't understand what Google is trying to do. The practice of subsidized phones hurts the industry.
What is not acceptable is the lack of removable storage, which is a staple for the success of android phones. Although Google's cloud based options ameliorate this, it is still something that should have been included and is why I believe the phone is not the very best phone available (Samsung Galaxy S3).
Nonetheless, this will be one of the best phones on the market, and will still be capable of HSPA+ speeds that exceed 20mbps. That's if you want to pay for them, and you can thank Google for giving you that option.
