Cons: THIS PHONE HAS A MANUTACTURE GLITCH!!!!
Summary: I am so pissed I bought this phone. 1 month and 3 days later it just freezes up. I have spent entire day watching dummy after dummy take the battery out and say "wow , it is not the battery". I just called LG customer service and before i could finish explaining my problem. Customer care guy says" I sorry that is a manufacturing problem we are gonna have to replace phone. Heknew what the problem was before I could tell him. This phones should not have been put out for sale . They cant retrieve any data and the sd card goes crazy on computer . All of my work info is gone.

I have the same problem with this sorry piece of junk! I wish I would have seen this review before I purchased it.

Sorry to hear that - I didn't have any of these things happen. Did you buy it through LG or MetroPCS? Metro has been pretty good about replacing or repairing stuff in my experience.
