Pros: - Decent battery life when you remove the pre-installed MetroPCS bloatware.
    - Pretty good call quality! That is if the call doesn't drop...

Cons: - Constantly freezes up and restarts...I've literally been through FIVE of these phones in 3 MONTHS! Yes I said 5!
    - MetroPCS outsources the refurbished units to a non-LG repair facility. I don't think they fix them, just slap a new case on them and reloa

Summary: Overall this is, to put it likely, a horrible product. The manufacturer (LG) even knows of the problem yet does nothing to fix it.

As I stated above I honestly have been through 5 of these phones in 3 months. Refurbished units show the same problems time and time again.

Other than that the cons sum everything up. Nothing more to say except STAY AWAY!!! Really wish I had gone with the cheaper Huawei Android phone instead!
