Cons: full of bloatware, poor quality, Verizon customer care has declined greatly.
Summary: Phone is designed to last 15 days and then you cannot return it. Phone fails after 3 weeks so whether it is insured or not you end up paying Verizon full retail for a refurbished phone (older than the on that failed!)
