Pros: The design and QWERTY keyboard

    Cons: The bugs and flaws

Summary: I was really excited when I got this phone, but from day one I had problems. It would connect to other phones via bluetooth, however was not capable of accepting ANY kind of files. When trying to type on the little keyboard, things were okay if I had the sound on, but if I had it in vibrate mode the phone froze up so bad it took me MINUTES to type short messages because the buttons wouldn't work. It also had terrible reception. I took it back the next day for a simple exchange, because I really did love the setup, and this new phone is almost as bad. The keyboard hangs up terribly, and even when it is fully charged, the phone shuts itself off. It just suddenly goes black, and it does this 4 or 5 times a day. Don't buy this phone until they've worked the kinks out.

I agree 100%! I bought this phone in July before my ugrade because my razr died. I loved the keyboard function and I was extremely excited...that is until I took a few pictures. Extremely poor quality. Then my phone would do the same as yours, it would shut off on its own all the time and would freeze up. The buttons on the front also clicked loudly than usual. I sent my phone back after a few months of putting up with it's shutting down on it's own. Only to have it replaced with a phone that did the same thing, but even worse. Don't buy this phone. You'll regret it immensely.

I completely agree. My phone does the EXACT same thing. I only thank you for telling me about the vibrate-only freezing. My phone is always on vibrate, and it ALWAYS freezes, but after taking it off and just turning down the tone sound for the keypad, I can finally use the full keyboard without freaking out.
