Pros Boost your data connection with WiFi and connect free to thosuands of AT&T WiFi HotSpots nationwide or share your mobile broadband connection with up to 5 other devices by creating a password-protected personal hotspot. The LG Thrive runs the Android
Cons I'll let the editors fill this one up. I don't have any for now.
Summary This is the first Smart Phone to be on GoPhone. I've waited a long time for this. For a pre-paid user, it's great. Just like the "real guys" use. It may not be and do everything the best but it's a terrific beginning. I've seen complaints on the camera but I really like mine. Great pictures. (read the instructions on using it first)Has support for Adobe Flash Player 10.1 for access to the full Web.

Pros Easy navigation, picture quality, speed
Cons Apps seem to work sporadically, User settings don;t save (ringtones, etc stuck on default)
Summary Only had this phone a week. Overall I like the design, speed, and sound quality - but trying to customize is getting irritating
Pros Most important it's GSM and UMTS capable via Sim-Card. After flashing and rooting, it has worked in Europe as well as Asia for me. Reliable, Display (cuz of it's small size), excellent to test rooting for the inexperienced (which I was prior to this phone
Cons Battery life get's worse after a while (don't they all), Camera (can be improved with proper app, but no flash), especially Video Mode. Other than that... can't think of much...
Summary I'd highly recommend picking one up, especially if you plan to travel, like to learn more about rooting and enhancing droid phones, and at the end of the day - getting a great performance for a small price, in a small package. Most important, it runs very robust, no annoying battery soft boots etc., maybe once in a full moon, but very stable and all apps work great since the 2.2 is the most proven droid OS out there. Enjoy
Pros price was low enough
Cons sound quality is not great
Cons On-screen space bar sometimes sticks (easy fix but still annoying)
Turned its self off, but only once, which is way better than my previous phone (A T-Mobile Samsung SGH-T369)
Camera Quality is lame
Summary I Love my Thrive! Its my very first smartphone so it took some time to get used to it But i would definetly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a decent cheap phone with no contract. :)
