Pros Great temp phone.
Cons Screen will wear out after 4 months of use. Even with protective screens. Touch screen will not click even close to where you want it to. Phone becomes useless.
Summary Phone is not worth the money, even if you get it free with a 2 year contract get another phone. This is my second and it is starting to do the same. I would rather switch back to my razor.
Pros Features, touch, keypad, camera, excellent connection, totaly customizable (personal ringtones and background pictures)... Love it!
Cons The odd mouse pad type thing... not quite sure what that is... doesnt work all that well. Camera interface, while it takes great pictures it is much more difficult than it should be to use the many camera modes(multishot, save...)
Summary Great phone! I would recomend to anyone! It seems to me that all the bad reviews are people going through US Cellular...

I am with ACS and have no problems at all! You might consider switching to a differant service provider if you keep having problems.
Pros Quick Bluetooth connection. Easy to use. Accelerometer. Relatively responsive touch screen.
Cons Keyboard is a little small and took some getting used to with my big thumbs.
Summary I've owned LG phones with US Cellular service for awhile now. About 10 months ago I switched to a Samsung Delve, which may be the worst phone I've ever used. Around Thanksgiving, I switched back to LG and got the Tritan, and I've been thrilled with my decision ever since. Solid phone overall...Its not really the phones fault(more US Cellular and their archaic network), but one big drawback is the lack of decent applications. Otherwise, I never have problems with calls or the internet dropping. US Cellular seems to have a lot of crap phones, but the Tritan isn't one of them...
Pros QWERTY keyboard, very customizable.
Cons Touchscreen only worked correctly for about 6 months - I'm on my third screen and need a new one again.
Summary I wouldn't recommend this phone simply because the touchscreen has so many problems and it's TERRIBLY frustrating. Plus, it feels rather outdated at this point. There are MUCH nicer phones out there.
Pros The touchscreen is very easy to text on, the thumbpad, the internet is fast, the browser is great.
The four customizable home screens, the 3-megapixel camera/camcorder, the spacious keyboard. The phone is also very durable.
Cons Occasionally the phone turns off, the phone some sometimes resets it's screens, lint gets stuck in the thumbpad, battery life is pretty short. Also, requirement of internet.
Summary I've had this phone for over a year now and I haven't had many problems with it. For the first six months I didn't use the keyboard, so I had absolutely no problems at all. Now that I've been using the keyboard frequently, the phone sometimes shuts off when I try to cancel a text message or I get two texts at once. Other than that, the phone has been very durable and has held up for me. The only damage you can see are a few scratches on the sides of the phone. I would highly recommend this phone to anybody looking for a touch-screen phone that doesn't run on an Android operating system.
