Pros: compact size, decent function in good signal areas, good text message function, nice screen

Cons: dies quickly, mediocre battery, no voice dailing, charger port wears out

Summary: I have had this phone for five months from sprint. Currently it does not work because I cannot at all receive incoming calls, despite sprint's software updates. I hope they'll be able to fix it sometime so I can sell it. I feel that this phone is an ok bet for making calls, but features wise it is behind other competitors. I will be switching providers soon and will not really be missing this phone. Same goes for my previous LG 5350, which had a busted LCD screen out of absolutely nowhere. I would advise the samsung MM-700 for sprint or motorola v5551 for cingular.
