Pros: Easy to navigate keyboard, better than the neon and did exactly what I needed it to.

Cons: Didn't stand up well to abuse, keyboard started to go early on.

Summary: All in all I liked this phone, it was easy to use, the keyboard layout was logical and the screen was easy to read. But it didn't stand up well to occasional abuse. I'm really bad about dropping my phones, but they never fall far, I'm short. I've had cheaper phones that withstood abuse a lot better. This thing is a scratch magnet and after getting dropped (while in a padded protective case) once it started freezing every time I sent or received a message. If the xenon was reintroduced in a slightly more rugged version I'd buy it again.
