"Horrible phone"
Pros: Can read most PDFs, Excell and word Docs, can forward them on email.
Cons: Phone doesn't work well at all
Summary: This phone is a nightmare. I am on my second one and unfortunately I am stuck using these Piece of crap because my work bought them. My phone regularly freezes, 4-10x a day, will not answer 1/2 the time when I have my key lock on, randomly decides not to download email for 1/2 a day or more then slams me with 48 emails. The battery life is horrible if you want your email to update at least every 15 minutes and yes I bought the extended battery. Every time it freezes or I notice I haven't gotten an email in a while, i have to take the battery out and put it back in and reboot the darn thing. And the last 3 weeks my appointments calendar is stuck on always showing tommorrows appointments. No matter what day it is, my meeting is tommorrow. Yippee. Oh, and if you don't get the extra memory and put in one too many contacts, it will freeze also. But at least that one has some sorta explanation to it. If my work did not require me to use this I would so see how many times it would skip down the road. Save your self some misery. It is like windows mobile= windows 98.....again

Ive had the phone for months now and it only froze up once on me. i called the customer service to c what the problem is and was told there is too much data in the cache or what ever and to take the battery out. it has always answered phone calls. it has not missed any email downloads. ofcourse the battery is goin to drain fast if u have it checking evry 15 min. kind of common sense. i got the extended also. and i have not had any issue with the calender. the phone is not a perfect 10 or 9 i give it a 8.5 and i like it

My review would not be so angerfied (hahaha) but all of the problems you have incurred, I have incurred. But I am not stuck with it. I have only had the phone 1 month and already looking for a replacement. The problem is, I'm hooked on the push email feature and the slim design. Try finding that elsewhere. So until they come out with a Samsung M610 with business email push technology, I may be outa luck and stuck up the same creek you are. (with frozen paddles!!!!)

REPLYING TO THE COMMENT ABOUT THE Q PHONE. I HAVE THE PHONE AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS, I FOUND OUT THE PROBLEM WITH THE RESPONSE TIME WHEN TRYING TO HIT THE BUTTONS. IF YOU GO INTO THE SETTINGS, GOTO ACCESSIBILITY, GOTO MILITPRESS TIMEOUT AND CHANGE IT TO NO AUTO ADVANCE, GOTO CONFIRMATION TIMEOUT AND CHANGE IT TO NONE. IT WILL HELP. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE PHONE HAS THE UPDATED SOFTWARE THAT ALSO HELPS THE BATTERY PROBLEM. TAKE IT TO A SPRINT STORE AND TELL THEM ABOUT THE SOFTWARE UPDATE.
