"very underrated, the CHARM is a great phone" on by bigunN

Pros: -the charm is not a flashy hipster phone (ahem, iphone), its core focus is on its functionality, which is does great at
-QWERTY keyboard, makes texting/emailing very convenient
-easy to use, touch + keyboard
-stock email app works great for me

Cons: -very poor battery life (4-5hrs, if i am busy, can idle for 8-12hrs only)
    -poor camera resolution
    -poor screen display
-over-heats during prolonged phone calls (1hr+) and my cheekbones start sweating profusely

Summary: the CHARM has so much potential, it is a truly unique phone that stands itself apart from the iphone
i hope MOTOROLA decides to revamp the phone and come out with a charm 2
personally i would not mind paying 100-200$ more for a charm that has
    -superior battery life
    -superior camera resolution/screen display
    -faster processor
should be EZ mode for the engineers at motorola right? so quick and get ur ass to it, i promise you, the charm 2 will be successful beyond your wildest dreams

"Does not sync with Outlook" on by runelo22

    Pros: Qwerty keyboard
    Pretty
    Big screen

    Cons: Complicated beyond reasoning

Summary: I am proud to say I had my Motorola Q9h living and breathing in tough curcumstances for over 4 years, when I finally decide to upgrade I buy this waste of money. I have actually taken the sim out and have gone back to my tired old Q9h.

"Works fine for me" on by sgpmds1

Pros: 1. Touch screen and full qwerty key board
    2. Good sound quality
    3. 3.5 mm jack
    4. Backtrack

    Cons: 1. Camara quality
    2. At times touch screen doesn't respond..so missing calls because of that
    3. Battery life

Summary: This is my first Android phone and I am experiencing nice features like GPS, google sync etc., however missing basics like good battery life, camera quality etc., Touch sensitivity is really good. At times it pesters me when I am unable to pick my calls when touch screen doesn't respond, that too when are fully dependant on touch screen to pick your calls. Considering the design of this phone, I believe that the side keys provided in this model are are not effective compared to other android / prop OS phones. But, I need to talk about the Backtrack comes along with this model. It's really useful and good for navigating through the pages, screens and messages.

I am able to see a secondary camera on the face of my CHARM, but I really don't know why is it not activated for usage. Seldom I experience a low signal quality.

Inspite of above cons, overall Motorola CHARM is a good Android phone for business people at an affordable rate.
