Pros: None that i can think of, this replaced a Droid 3 which I liked and worked well for the most part.

Cons: Phone constantly locks up and nothing works can't even turn off. Every time I hit the "a" key it erases the whole text. Phone calls the previous number on its own when I set it down. The back cover doesn't close properly poor design

Summary: I have had nothing but a headache with this phone since I got it and no relief from my carrier Verizon after numerous complaints, and this is from a customer who spends $200 a month and been with them for 17 years. That's 40,000 dollars folks and they basically told me to try another carrier if I didn't like their service.
