    Pros: -Better Battery
    -Thin sturdy design
    -Attractive
    -Great Specs
-MOTOROLA HAS RELEASED THAT THEY WILL UPDATE THIS PHONE TO ICECREAM SANDWICH (see link below)

Cons: -While the screen is far from terrible it could use a higher resolution, especially for 300.00
-300.00 price(but then again, most great phones are 300.00 upon release these days)

Summary: I love my droid razr and am excited that this is one of 4 phones that Motorola has committed to upgrade to ICS (https://forums.motorola.com/pages/00add97d6c) I love the speed of the phone, the ability of the phone to keep up with LTE, the look/style, and the envy I get from others ;-) As mentioned above the 300.00 price tag is hard to swallow for a phone but if you are going to buy a top of the line phone you have to spend 300.00 (but that can be put on Verizon for not subsidizing phones like they once did)

Verizon is actually subsidizing phone way more these days than they ever have in the past. When I first started in the industry a Blackberry or Palm Treo was $499.99 with a subsidy!!! The problem now lies in the extreme costs involved in the equipment. In order to keep up with Apple, other companies like Motorola and Samsung, are pushing the limits on their phones thus inccuring larder costs that in the end are getting pushed into the public. So $300 for a high end phone is not bad in comparison to what you got just 4 or years ago!
