"THE WORST PHONE I HAVE EVER OWNED. Zero stars!"0.5 starson by toria709
Pros: Nice size screen and decent volume. Seriously, those are the only nice things I can say about this blanking phone.
Cons: Sensitivity of the screen is #1 worst I have ever experienced. Volume failures, internal battery issues, floating icons (screen to screen), counter intuitive functionality, inadequate personalization options, the list goes on.
Summary: I have been a long time iPhone user and switched to the Motorola Razr (now HD.) I have never had such a hate relationship with a piece of equipment in my life! In under one year this garbage phone has been replaced by Motorola THREE times for complete device failures. I cannot begin to talk about the counter intuitive nature of the device. As a veteran phone user (I worked for the company who created the BlackBerry) I am stunned with the positive reviews. Handling the device has always been a problem in terms of the sensitivity of the screen. Pick it up the wrong way and you'll re-engage what you have just completed. In terms of 'butt dials', the count is endless. While speaking on the phone, every remote touch to your face engages the keyboard for endless 'beeps' and, even worse, hang ups. The microphone has failed me in all three devices on many occasions, always at the most inopportune moment (after being on hold for 20 minutes, lets say.) The camera is substandard comparatively, and categorizing photos and videos is overly burdensome - and makes little sense. If I weren't trying to unload this phone in order to buy another iPhone I would drop it from a high building or stomp it like a mad woman until I wore out my anger and frustration. HATE HATE HATE this phone!!!!!!!!!!
