Summary: I can't say enough great things about this phone. Motorola has a hit with this phone! The design is about as close to Apple as you can get and still be Android--but this phone is far more durable than Apple phones are--and light years ahead of Samsung's cheap plastic! The Razr HD and HD Maxx just look good, and feel good, in the hand.
The battery life is absolutely the best of any Android phone I've ever used, hands down! Motorola's Actions app let's you take full control of your phone to even further maximize the battery life potential. Even on heavy use though, you won't drain this battery in a single day.
I will admit, the camera on this phone sucks. It's just cheap and of poor quality. I realize that Motorola went for durability and battery life here so they probably didn't think a good camera mattered--but for me it does--and if this phone had a good camera it'd be the perfect smartphone. The screen, while bright and large, doesn't have the best quality ever. There are other AMOLED screens that are far better in quality but even still this is a decent screen.
This phone is really just great overall and the fact that Motorola was wise and ditched "Moto Blur" and went with a nearly stock Android experience, just speaks to the quality thought put into this phone. People who travel and use their phone for long periods and people who are a little rough on their phones should really consider getting this phone... even though it's been out for quite a while now, it really can't be matched by any other Android phone in battery life and durability!
