"The X is a fantastic, stable, strong smart phone!"4.5 starson by Hokie90Fan
Pros: Larger Screen; Great Video; Phone functionality user friendly; Great reception; Touch keyboard is surprizingly easy to use. Lots of fun to have.
Cons: Larger phone; Video and Camera not great in low lighting; Freezes sometimes when WiFi enabled, but not enough to annoy.
Summary: I had a Windows based Samsung Omnia before switching to the X. 10 times more functionality. This phone keeps me busy when traveling. The GPS and navigation apps are great and they are included with the phone! Much better than paying for Verizon Navigator. Battery life is what I expect for a phone that does so much. Keep WiFi and BlueTooth off and you can get a day out of the battery, even in heavy use. I keep my GPS on all time so I can navigate quickly. My wife has the Droid 2 for the keyboard. Comparitively, the X has better reception and does not freeze as much as the 2. The X can navigate quickly when started, while the Droid 2 acquires a signal. Sync with Microsoft Exchange was troublesome, but once you can figure out what to do, it works perfectly. Can easily sync calander and contacts seemlessly! No need to download an additional app like forums suggest! Be careful of TaskManager type apps that Kill Apps. They will compromise that stability of your phone, forcing you to soft reset.
