"Terrible Phone"on by ByeBye12345
Pros Keyboard, Camera isn't to bad
Cons Everything Else
Summary When I first bought this phone I loved it. After a few months it started sucking now it totally sucks. Some of the problems are: there is no memory so you can't utilize the phone and the apps; when charging you can't use the phone to even check a text message; when talking on the phone, if your cheek hits the screen it disconnects or it will take you to the dial screen and hit a number then freeze (the person on the other end love that) and, worst of all, the phone freaks out, when going to check a message or make a call it will go to a different screen then starts selecting things without touching anything and the only way to get out of it is turning the phone off. Shame on Motorola for making such a crappy device and the cell phone carrier for carrying it. I will NEVER buy another Motorola product and after my contract my cell phone company is gone too (after numerous terrible phones & terrible service I am done!).
Pros It hasn't literally brought death upon me yet, I can still use my eyes, it hasn't single-handedly brought upon the "End time". That's about it
Cons It never works when I need it to. It always glitches. I have to restart it multiple times a day to get it to work. As we speak, I have taken the battery out to send a text message. NOTHING WORKS AS ADVERTISED.
Summary I have had a phone literally burst into flames in front of my very eyes. Generally, I have had bad luck with phones, but nothing compares to the monstrosity that is the Motorola Flipside. The Wifi is rudimentary, it doesn't download the app store, the touch screen is ****, and it always glitches. Death to the makers of this phone.
Pros Gets a solid signal
Allows a couple apps before you get your 16gb SD card in mail
Sweet easter egg: at night, the keyboard makes trim light like xmas
Music player (or do Winamp) ~upper average camera
Yahoo.com Minime Blackjack works
Cons ~Its no supercomputer but does its job--unless you dont know how to "stop your cheek from clicking" (uh "LockButton?!")
~Doesn't play the in-browser based MMO games
Summary All of these reviews were from people who wanted HTC/ tablet
& they don't know how to keep a computer clean.
~No pron unless youtube & clear your phone hardware occasionally.
No more than 1-2 tabs open (Munu Button >Windows >X).
Pros The outer look of the phone. Nice speakers for playing music out loud. Phone charges pretty fast.
Summary The list of cons is endless. To start, when you make calls if you touch the phone with your cheek, it either hangs up the call, puts the phone on mute so the person you're talking to can't hear you, or puts the call on speaker. This phone is also insanely slow and it freezes alot. The largest issue I had with this phone was the spazzing of the screen. It will start doing it out of nowhere. I click one thing, and the screen starts clicking a thousand different things and twitching. You can't stop this unless you turn off the phone and restart it. When turning the phone back on, it takes about 2 whole minutes to start up. The "trackpad" (large button in the middle) does absoloutly nothing and is completely unneccessary. There is also barely any storage area on the phone and always tells me I need more space. The camera sucks too. Another problem I have is sometimes for no reason, the internet and any apps that require internet won't work for like two days. Battery life sucks too. The phone will die in less then 24 hours if not charged, even if not in use. Also, almost all of the apps that come with the phone aren't even anything you would actually use.
Don't get this phone. Your life will suck if you do. After 6 months of having it, the phone just completely broke and was unuseable. I went to AT&T with this problem and they sent me a new phone. Guess what? Another "LOVELY" Motorola Flipside. This one worked for about 24 hours before I started seeing some problems. After 1 month of having this one, all the same problems are back, besides the screen spazzing (THANK GOD!) Guess what else? AT&T refuse to replace this phone because I have gotten my phone replaced two times in the past year (a Motorola Backflip and a Motorola Flipside, which both stopped working due to numerous problems) and they say they won't replace anymore phones since I have replaced too many, so I'm stuck with this worthless piece of ****, even though it's completely their fault for sending me **** phones. I honestly don't understand why AT&T hasn't recalled this **** phone and continues to sell and replace it, even though they KNOW of all these problems. I've talked to other people who've had this phone and they all have had the same problems. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!
Pros The display looks good. Too bad you can use any of the apps.
Cons Everything. No memeory so you can't use any of the apps. Call quality is poor. Mosst expensive paper weight I ever bought.
