Pros: Compared to the Treo, this is a sleek, nice looking, full function device. The features, Microsoft-based, are good. The wireless connection and synchronization works well.
Cons: I'm a new AT&T/Cingular customer (not my choice). Speaker is poorly positioned. Enabling features can be frustrating as the User's Manual is weak.

"Poor Battery Life, Manufacturing flaw with molding that holds sim"
Pros: Lots of functions, syncs great with Outlook, quick charging time

"Software upgrade solves all problems"
Pros: All round great phone, but reception WAS very poor. Latest software upgrade from Motorola + 3.8 M/soft ActiveSync has solved all the problems. Now a great product.
Cons: Took too long for me to find out about upgrades. e-mail or SMS to all users recomended.
