"Neutered PDA, poor as a phone"

    on February 6, 2005

Pros: Looks good. Syncs well with PC Outlook. Versatile with right software. Good sound quality with strong signal.

Cons: Poor battery life, less than 24 hours standby with little use. Poor reception. This would have been a deal killer if I'd have known first.

    "A nice compact phone"

    on February 4, 2005

Pros: This phone is very good for someone who needs a personal organizer on the go. This phone offers great sync capability along with a great net browser. The capability to also create your own wallpaper when in sync mode is great also the ability to access f

Cons: The lack of features such as a camera and blue tooth is the only thing this phone lacks.

    "Productive PDA features, but glitchy."

    on January 25, 2005

Pros: Features for size. Ability to sync flawlessly with Windows OS, SD card for video playback(although never promoted as such), nearly made my HP IPAQ PDA obsolete, MP3 player made CD player obsolete.

Cons: Glitchy. Freezes-up or loses cellular signal and gives no sign of signal loss - removing battery and re-powering is only solution. Hope MPX 220 resolves these issues.

    "useful phone; terible reception"

    on January 16, 2005

Pros: Syncs very, very nicely with outlook..so great business tool for those who don't want to carry large pda w/ phone in it.

Cons: was not tri/quad band. 1800/1900 is a bad deal....phone kept dropping in sf bay area with AT&T. Apparently 1800/1900 does not go through buildings very well, resulting in dropped calls ALL the time. So I give AT&T an F for selling this product i

    "MPX 220 any day now..."

    on January 12, 2005

Pros: The idea of the phone is great and for a "first try" has been great. I've had it since December of 2003, am on my fourth phone and will be calling to get a fifth soon thanks to the ATT warranty exchange service. The functionality is great, it does every

Cons: Processor is too slow? I have had everything from lockups and shorts in the keypad to poor reception. As I said, I will be on my fifth phone soon, but it does everything and fits in my pocket, I don't have to carry a PDA and phone.
