Pros: The MSFT OS does deliver--the ease of use on the navigation and synching with outlook are great
Cons: Only one US band (1900), and one that no one is investing their network resources in. Bad quality network experience and the software still is buggy.

"Some are Great, but many are flawed"
Pros: For the most Part all of the great things people say about this phone are true. I have had this phone for almost 1 year, and a phone with a better feature set, for it's size, is still not on the market. Even the new Mpx is larger.
Cons: I have had 3 Mpx200's, and I beleive that all of the bad things that people say about this phone, are true about their specific phone. Each of my 3 phones suffered from different problems. One didn't have a light up display, one froze up frequently, one

"For a smart phone it does a lot for its price."
Pros: Good features.
Cons: Badly implemented. Phone OS freezes and slows down to a crawl ocassionally when moving between menus or when a phone call comes in, you can not answer because the phone slows down to a crawl.
