Pros: Small size, bright screen
Cons: 3 calls and the battery needs to be charged. My first one went belly up during an important phone call. The replacement they sent wouldn't hang up and now I have number 3. The reminders interrupt phone input during calls (like to your voicemail).

Pros: nice design, robust, magnificent features (when they want to work for you)
Cons: the worst battery life ever period!!!, its bill gates powered so is prone to frquent crashes, hence losing all numbers if you havent used the backup feature, locks up all the time, sync software is v tempramental and slows down computer start up, unreliab

Pros: Awesome operating system, even if it is 2002 and a bit outdated, it does it's job well. MS outlook is awesome as well, and I love the modem, and mp3 player abilities, As well as the memory expansion.
Cons: should have bluetooth, but this is forgivable.
