"This phone has it all, problems that is"
Pros: Sync with Outlook, Color Display
Cons: Battery Life, Reception (need to go outside to talk at my house, in Metro Phoenix), Locks up (is currently locked until I get to a repair shop), Quality
Summary: Don't hang up by closing the phone or you'll cause the person on the other end to go deaf due to speaker/mic feedback. The coverage is horrible, especially indoors. The first phone I had the keypad didn't light up. The replacement is currently froze up. The buttons aren't the easiest to use. Wouldn't wish this phone on my worst enemy.

My saying is really good, no cons really, bluetooth those days was really unknown so cant blame them, and you can get a cam that gets put into the SD unit!
and u can upgrade it to Windows 2003!
