Pros: Really there is not much not to like. Motorola has always produced a good sturdy and sound phone, except of course the Razr.
Cons: I agree with the author, the keys are to stiff as well as not feed back. I use the back button quit a bit.

"Decent, good battery life, gps, freezing and restarting"
Pros: -Battery life
-GPS
-Keyboard
-Light sensing backlighting (doesn't work with microsoft live however)Cons: -Most lag of any phone I've encountered
-Constant OS problems/ master resets at least once a month
-Dust under screen (lots, and i take good care of my electronics and use the holster)

"Decent hardware, lack luster OS"
Pros: The phone was sturdy and felt durable. Liked the rubbery back finish for grippiness. QWERTY keyboard was large makng it excellent for any text entry. Increased confidence with the extended battery. Predictive text for texting and contact filtering.
Cons: Bulky, not easy to toat in pockets, lack of included carrying case, no hot key search through Pocket IE favorites, wideness prevented from using scroller wheel (prefer AT&Ts center jogger), no underscore key on physical keypad.
