"too cluttered, freezes, no nice covers, dust issues"
Pros: It's not easy to lose due to it's nice size, the battery lasts quite a long time, aesthetically everyone seems to love how fancy it looks.
Cons: Looks & size aside, phone very annoying. It freezes up alot even when processes aren't running much, it has gathered dust under the screen. IM lags, Mail can't be canceled, screen is cluttered with icons, web browsing lags a lot.

Pros: Love it's versatility of uses. MS Office mobile, Telenav, TV, MS media mobile, Voice recorder, Capability to add more apps being MS mobile op, etc... This is a true business phone. On top of all it can do you have a 6 plus hour battery. JOY!!!
Cons: It's slow!!! I had a Palm Treo WX 700 before this. The battery wasn't much but it was a true work horse. I found this phone not so reliable. I had it for a year and three months. They replaced the phone 4 times because of phone frezzes and twerks.

"This phone is driving me crazy."
Pros: Pretty lime green color.
Cons: Too big, freezes constantly, randomly won't get emails, doesn't ring half the time, signal is slowly diminishing to nothing, lags big time, ringtones are way too quiet, very hard to navigate, shuts off for no reason.

Pros: The phone has good battery life, good buttons and an okay screen size. Listening to music is great. Email using Outlook works well. Web browsing works alright as do text messaging and voicemail access.

Pros: Great look and great screen size. One hand use.
Cons: Little memory and mini cards are hard to come by. Once memory storage is full, phone locks up and virtually impossible to do anything on. Internet is slow and cumbersome. Buttons stick.
