"This phone is driving me crazy."
Pros: Pretty lime green color.
Cons: Too big, freezes constantly, randomly won't get emails, doesn't ring half the time, signal is slowly diminishing to nothing, lags big time, ringtones are way too quiet, very hard to navigate, shuts off for no reason.

Pros: The phone has good battery life, good buttons and an okay screen size. Listening to music is great. Email using Outlook works well. Web browsing works alright as do text messaging and voicemail access.
Cons: Poor mic quality, delay in blue tooth, locks up, random issues, poor app response

Pros: Great look and great screen size. One hand use.
Cons: Little memory and mini cards are hard to come by. Once memory storage is full, phone locks up and virtually impossible to do anything on. Internet is slow and cumbersome. Buttons stick.

Pros: First off let me say, I love the convenience of using the Q. Everything is very easy to use and find. The keyboard is bigger than most which makes typing very easy.
Cons: I have had to master reset it over 10 times in 3 mos. I have gone through several phones. It constantly freezes to the point of annoiance. Sometimes I cant answer because it just sticks/freezes. I am on my 3rd Q9c and they are all the same.
